A cosy holiday home for couples and solo travellers, this characterful single-level hideaway lies in a picturesque Norfolk village, making a wonderful base for walkers, nature lovers, anglers and birdwatchers keen to explore the area's beautiful countryside and historic market towns. The immediate area offers a choice of secluded paths and cycle trails, with Scoulton Mere, Melsop Farm Park and Swangey Lakes, all within 8 miles. Hingham, Watton, East Dereham and Wymondham are all within 9 miles, offering a choice of great pubs, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Other attractions in this peaceful part of the county include the Kimblewick Equestrian Centre, Mattishall Golf Club, ROARR!, Harling Woods and Thetford Forest Park, all within 18 miles. The historic city of Norwich lies to the east (19 miles), with its famous cathedral, Norwich Castle Museum, Whitlingham Country Park and the City of Norwich Aviation Museum. Situated in a quiet and hidden spot behind the owner's home, this peaceful annexe is accessed via a gentle ramp which leads directly into the bright, fresh and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To one side, the tastefully arranged lounge has a Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for a relaxing night in.
