Head into colourful Lechlade (7.5 miles) or bustling Faringdon (2.5 miles) to stock up on groceries or sit down to a meal in an Oxfordshire pub. Visit the National Trust’s 13th-century Great Coxwell Barn (4 miles). Plan a day trip into Oxford (21.5 miles) to uncover the colleges and go punting on the River Thames. Enter the main house via the central hallway to find accommodation that marries a true sense of its history with exceptional modern-day comfort. At the end of each busy day away, retire to a choice of seven restful bedrooms, five of which are situated in the main house all of which offer exceptional comfort and individual character: choose from three super-king size bedrooms, one single room that adjoins the master suite, one king size and one double bedroom. Ensuring convenience and privacy for all, five well-appointed bathrooms serve the household: four en-suite bathrooms and one en-suite shower rooms, plus a separate WC.
