Set beside the River Coquet, it’s just over 300 metres to the village centre, where you’ll discover inviting pubs, shops and cafes. Visit imposing Warkworth Castle (0.5 miles) or head to Warkworth beach (1 mile) to sunbathe, swim, catch a wave, or simply stroll along the dog-friendly shore. There’s more history to be discovered at Alnwick Castle (7.5 miles), while nature lovers can hop on a boat from Seahouses (19 miles) to explore the Farne Islands.
