Halesworth (10.5 miles) has two fine museums: one exhibiting local history, the other (the Halesworth Airfield Memorial Museum) housing a collection of World War II memorabilia. Valley Farm Vineyards (9 miles) offers tours and testing sessions, and you can meet llamas, alpacas, meerkats and many more animals at the Oasis Camel Park (5 miles).
