While away a few hours wandering down Richmond’s winding streets brimming with independent shops, cosy tearooms and welcoming pubs. History lovers will enjoy exploring Richmond Castle, a striking Norman fortress with panoramic views and riverside walks leading to dramatic waterfalls. For a change of pace, visit The Station – a beautifully restored Victorian railway building with its own cinema, art gallery, real ale brewery and ice cream parlour.
