Just metres from the sea, this welcoming bungalow in Kinmel Bay is the ideal destination for a family getaway, and welcomes all kinds of pets, too – meaning everyone can join in the fun. Stay here and enjoy a classic seaside holiday, whether you walk along the promenade, try out some water sports, go walking, play golf or simply spend a day building sandcastles or swimming in the waves. Head out to Rhyl, just under 2 miles away, where there are more beaches, a miniature railway, BMX track and much more, or explore the Kinmel Dunes Nature Reserve on your doorstep. Further afield, within 15 miles you can reach the Victorian seaside gem of Llandudno, the medieval fortress of Conwy Castle, the Clwydian Range & Dee Valley National Landscape, and the ever-popular Eryri National Park (Snowdonia. The property is set on a cul-de-sac, and you can park easily, either directly outside or on the drive. Once inside, stroll through to the cosy lounge/diner, the focus of which is a wood-burner-effect electric fire, and stretch out on the comfortable seating. There’s a Smart TV for entertainment, or you can select a movie from the BluRay library. This is where you can also linger over leisurely meals around the dining table, making the most of your break together. As for cooking, the chef of the holiday will appreciate the thoughtfully equipped kitchen, which has everything you’ll need for gourmet food prep, including a microwave and a handy air fryer. Pets are catered for, too, with dog beds, towels and bowls provided. At bedtime, you’ll find a double and a twin bedroom, both with Hypnos pillow topped mattresses and ample storage space. They share a family bathroom with the choice of a bath and separate shower. French doors from the dining area lead down three steps to the enclosed, decked garden, where you’ll find furniture for al fresco dining. This is a private spot in which to while away a sunny day as children and pets play. At the front of the property, the gravelled area includes a bench seat in an arbour, ideal for a morning coffee. A secure bike rack is also available.
