The historic conservation village of Coldingham offers a playground for keen outdoor explorers, with the spectacular Berwickshire Coastal Path that passes by the village, perfect for walkers and cyclists alike. The village is nestled within the St Abbs and Eyemouth Voluntary Marine Reserve at the mouth of the Buskin Burn. The sandy beach at Coldingham Bay is a mile from the doorstep, where you can watch surfers, enjoy a picnic and explore the rock pools for sea life. Stroll around St. Abbs Harbour (1.3 miles) with its nature reserve and dive centre. Take an adventurous rib ride to spot dolphins and seals. The coastal border town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, with its quaint alleyways, hidden courtyards, medieval remains and wonderful boat trips, can be reached within 13 miles.
