Get the whole group together at this stylish townhouse close to museums and heritage attractions in the atmospheric city of Lincoln. Nearby, you’ll find a whole plethora of historic wonders like Lincoln Castle (1 mile) or Lincoln Cathedral (just over 0.5 miles), the International Bomber Command Centre (2.5 miles) – the spire can be seen on the hill top from the property – and the Museum of Lincolnshire Life (just over 1 mile). Just opposite this lovely home, you’ll find Lincoln Arboretum, a Grade II-listed park dating back to 1870 – it’s the perfect place for a stroll with your furry friend. Further afield, Whisby Nature Park (8 miles) and the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape (20 miles) are great spots for nature-lovers and those looking to explore the Viking way. Alternatively, the Lincolnshire coast is less than an hour away by car or you can head into the charming town of Newark-on-Trent (17.5 miles) to discover the lovely Newark Castle and Gardens or the National Civil War Centre. This spacious and stylish holiday home welcomes up to eight guests and two dogs to the heart of Lincoln. Step inside and you’ll find yourself in a chic Victorian-tiled hallway. Just off the hallway, you’ll find a handy snug room with a double sofa bed (this must be requested prior to booking) – the ideal spot for those who are yearning for a little quiet time to unwind over a good book or a movie. Continue down the hall and you’ll find a lounge where you and your nearest and dearest can enjoy quality time together. From there, take a step into the kitchen/diner, where you’ll find everything you need to rustle up a dinner party for the whole gang, as well as a large dining table. Head upstairs and you’ll discover three well-appointed bedrooms – one king size, one double and a twin, all rooms are served by the bathroom upstairs with bath/shower and a downstairs shower room. Outside, make the most of the enclosed courtyard garden with views to the south of city and the International Bomber Command spire. Enjoy an al fresco dinner with your loved ones on the patio with seating for all guests. Afterwards, relax and take a well-earned dip in the hot tub. There is unallocated on-street parking at this cottage.
