This impressive two-storey Grade II-listed house is one of five properties on-site and is perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet and exclusive setting. Holt is a popular and charming Georgian town in north Norfolk and home to the North Norfolk Railway (0.5 miles), from where you can travel to the Victorian seaside town of Sheringham with its pebbly and sandy beach. This gorgeous property has a soft palette of colours to make you feel at home and relaxed. The chic, modern interiors are thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail, to ensure an enjoyable stay. Downstairs, the living room is the heart of the house and features wall-to-wall seating, the ideal space to lounge and make plans for the day. The compact, contemporary kitchen has all the necessary appliances to rustle up some tasty treats, while a double bedroom and shower room complete the ground floor. Salthouse Beach (4.5 miles) is great for walking, wildlife and fishing, and Cromer Beach is ideal for a traditional day out at the seaside with your buckets and spades and to enjoy some fish and chips and ice creams.
