This fabulous property, situated in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea and just 1.5 miles from the beach, is the perfect holiday home for big family gatherings or friends’ reunions. Sleeping 16 guests over eight colourful bedrooms, this bright and beautiful three-storey house offers an unforgettable stay to everyone. Spend the day at the beach, shopping in the eclectic variety of independent shops or sampling the food and drink at the many pubs and restaurants in town before heading back to soak up the last of the sun in the garden with an al fresco drink. This property, which can be booked alongside another cottage on the grounds, is teeming with style and sophistication with bold and bright colours making every room unique. Cook up a storm in the kitchen and dine in the huge dining room before retiring to the sunroom bar; fun pinks and dark tones create a fantastic party atmosphere. The large lounge is filled with light thanks to the bay window and has a cosy atmosphere with a gorgeous feature fireplace that’s surrounded by bold sofas. With bedrooms spread across all three floors, all but one having an en-suite shower room, there’s enough space for everyone to unwind. The ground floor houses two bedrooms, the first floor has four bedrooms and the family bathroom, and the second floor boasts the final two bedrooms. Outside, there’s an enclosed landscaped garden with a lawn, a patio and a huge outdoor table with seats for all. When you’ve explored Wells’ beach, head just further along to Holkham Beach (3 miles); backed by a nature reserve, there is plenty to see around here. Move inland to Holkham Hall where the grown-ups will enjoy the rich history and the children will go wild in the adventure playgrounds. You must visit Blakeney Point (5.5 miles) to try to catch a glimpse of seals; you could book a trip with Bishop’s Boats Seal Trips (8 miles) where they almost guarantee you’ll see them! Pensthorpe Nature Reserve (11.5 miles) offers a wonderful family day out, as does ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure (25 miles).
