A well-presented 1-bedroom holiday bungalow with attractive views across Mumbles Hill and down towards the lighthouse. Furnished to a high standard the bungalow benefits from a private southerly aspect garden. Located close to Mumbles in the Limeslade area where there are many walks nearby including the coastal paths and Mumbles Hill, which has a picnic area and sweeping panoramic views across Swansea Bay. The very popular Castellamare Italian restaurant/cafe and ice cream parlour is a short walk away and has stunning views across Bracelet Bay. The restaurants/cafes and boutiques of Mumbles can be reached easily by car, in less than 5 minutes. Accommodation Ground Floor Kitchen: Oven and ceramic hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge: Dining table with 4 chairs, 2 armchairs and a settee (converts into double bed), feature electric fire, CD/radio, TV & DVD player. Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and storage.
