This ground floor apartment is located across the road from the seafront promenade in Mumbles. Located in the Southend area of Mumbles, it is close to several pubs and restaurants including The Mermaid restaurant, the Pilot real ale house, Verdi's Ice cream parlour, and many more. From the property you can also walk along the prom towards Mumbles Victorian pier, with its spectacular views and family fun amusements. Alternatively, stroll in the opposite direction into the village where you will find a fantastic selection of boutique style shops, fresh produce and further cafes, bars and restaurants.
