Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Mumbles, a charming 2-bedroom, character cottage, beautifully presented and furnished to a high standard throughout. The cottage has a spacious lounge/diner, double and twin bedrooms, a bathroom and separate shower room. The property benefits from (garaged) off street parking to the rear as well as on street parking to the front of the property. The promenade and all the amenities of Mumbles are just a short walk. This cottage is an ideal location for a seaside family holiday with easy access to stunning local beaches and the Gower peninsular. Accommodation Ground Floor Reception: 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs, wooden flooring, and a feature fireplace with a wood burner and a flatscreen TV with DVD player. Kitchen: Integrated fan assisted double oven, gas hob, a microwave, washing machine and a 'family size' freestanding fridge/freezer. External: The kitchen patio doors lead out onto a deck area with views to the garden and the sea, with steps down into the paved garden with garden furniture.
