This 2-bedroom holiday home is situated very close to the seafront in Norton, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles. It offers spacious holiday accommodation for up to 4 people with the added benefit of off road parking. The seafront promenade is a short stroll where you can wander along to Blackpill (20 minutes) or stroll into Mumbles (10 minutes). Norton House offers great restaurant food or afternoon tea and is only a minutes' walk whilst the traditional Beaufort Pub is just a little further. From the rear of the property there is also a lovely woodland walk through Oystermouth Woods to the castle. Accommodation Ground Floor Kitchen: Double oven and an induction hob, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Reception: The dining/sitting room has a table with 4 chairs, two 2-seated sofas and an armchair, feature fireplace, flatscreen TV/DVD player and an echo dot. Cloakroom: WC and basin.
