Westcott House is located brilliantly, close to St Ives Arts Club and overlooking Westcotts Quay and St Ives harbour. The property benefits from a pretty enclosed patio area at the rear. Set over two floors, this upside down house makes the most of the stunning sea views overlooking Westcotts Quay and St Ives harbour. The open plan loft style lounge/ diner is spaciously light and airy. Boasting location just a stone’s throw away from the harbour and town centre offering many independent eateries, bars, shops, ancient pubs and St. Ives Tate Gallery. Nearby is Porthminster beach, a stunning stretch of sand popular with swimmers and surfers alike. Westcott House is well equipped and attractively furnished, the perfect home to explore this unspoilt area of Cornwall. GROUND FLOOR: Hallway: Cupboard housing washing machine and drier. Bedroom 1: King size 5’ bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and views across the harbour to The Island. Access is via six spaced-out steps along a sloping passageway that leads to the patio, three steps up to the front door.
