The dining area leads into the well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. Leading from the kitchen is a hallway and a door to a small yet useful shared utility room with washing machine. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs are two comfortable bedrooms. A master double bedroom which enjoys countryside views with en-suite shower and WC, and a second double bedroom is accessed via a low doorway which is all part of the charm and character of this beautiful cottage. Venturing outside from the front door you will find yourself entering the garden where you will have use of a large lawn area with fruit trees and outside seating, there is also a summerhouse which is currently unavailable. It is a perfect spot to take in the countryside views with your morning coffee, or for a spot of al fresco dining while the sun sets. There really is plenty of room for dogs and children to play, but please note the garden is not enclosed and the owner has a small private area. Immediately in front of the cottage is off-road parking for two cars.
