Peacefully situated at the foot of the Quantock Hills and on the Coleridge Way, a 51-mile walk through the stunning Somerset countryside of the Quantock Hills, the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. Located 2 miles from the large village of Williton with shops, cafes, and pubs and 4 miles from the small seaside town of Watchet with its marina, harbour, shops, eateries and weekly summer market. There are rock pooling and fossil hunting beaches on either side of Watchet harbour, and pebble beaches at Blue Anchor (7 miles) and Dunster (9 miles). Step back in time and aboard a steam train on the West Somerset Railway, that takes you through the beautiful Somerset countryside. Enjoy a visit to the coastal town of Minehead (10.5 miles), with its sandy beach and the county town of Taunton (14 miles). This L-shaped semi-detached cottage has many original features including feature fireplaces, exposed beams, quirky uneven floors, which have been carefully blended with modern comforts. Step inside and you will immediately find yourself in the hall, which leads to the lounge, dining room and upstairs accommodation. The lounge is a wonderfully relaxing space with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. Enjoy cooking up a storm in the well-equipped galley kitchen and enjoy mealtimes together around the dining table in the light and airy dining room. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a utility room with a useful WC. Head back to the hall and upstairs to five beautifully decorated bedrooms which all have a countryside view or view of the enclosed garden. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, sink and a balcony overlooking the garden. There is a single bedroom next door which could also be used for a travel cot. There are two double bedrooms, both with sinks, and the final bedroom is a twin. Completing the upstairs accommodation is a family bathroom. Heading outside from the front door you will find a large enclosed, secluded garden where you will find a seating area, which is a lovely spot for al fresco dining with the family.

Sleeping up to nine guests across the main house and annexe, the five-bedroom home is just 0.5 miles from famous Lulworth Cove and the natural landmark of Stair Hole. Take two canine companions with you if you wish, to accompany you on walks along the spectacular Jurassic Coast and to splash on sandy beaches. Enter the main house to find rooms with exposed timbers and Purbeck stone floors. Step down from the hall into the lounge, to unwind together after days out in your beautiful surroundings: switch on the Smart TV/DVD, light the wood burner and settle down to a good film. Choose to head into the snug instead, where there is another TV. This room has unusual curved walls and an interesting inglenook fireplace. Find the property’s airy kitchen, with its washing machine, quarry tiled floor and door on to the courtyard, offers ample space for you and your group to prepare home-cooked meals. Enjoy meals together around the table in the dining room, which is two steps up from the kitchen. Head upstairs in the main house to discover three of your bedrooms, all with some restricted head height. Find a shower room, with WC, up here too plus a family bathroom, with bath, hand-held shower and WC. The annexe accommodation is accessed via a door from the dining room. Find a breakfast/utility room in here, with a fridge, freezer and dryer and breakfast table, as well as a bathroom, with a WC and a shower over the bath. Up on the first floor of the annexe are two more bedrooms, again with reduced height. Enjoy supper or a BBQ out on the courtyard terrace on warm evenings as you take in the views and watch the children playing on the grass. Find off-road parking at the property for two cars.
