The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedroom consists of a double, with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking. One well-behaved dog is welcomed, but this is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 2.5 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair is available on request. Dorset View is a well-positioned dwelling to explore the Dorset countryside. Note: The Annex is located next to the owners property.
