Cothi Cottage is a 2 bedroom dog friendly property in Ceredigion, Wales
Less than 15 minutes from the spectacular coastline of Cardigan Bay, Cothi Cottage at Penwern Fach is in a central position, ideal for enjoying all that Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion have to offer.
The cottage is light and roomy, with a large living area and good-sized bedrooms. The fenced, private, lawned rear garden and patio area make it an ideal choice for families with small children, and there are lovely views from the garden across the Teifi Valley to the Preseli Hills. Penwern Fach is a ten-acre smallholding with communal gardens, lawns, a golf practice field and a play area. The enclosed wildlife pond attracts a wide variety of insects and birdlife.
Cothi Cottage is only a mile and a half away from the quaint little village of Cenarth, famous for its waterfalls and salmon fishing and where you will find a pub, café and The National Coracle Centre.
The market town of Newcastle Emlyn, a short drive away, has a supermarket, independent shops and cafés. The historic town of Cardigan (15 mins) has a restored Norman Castle, galleries, restaurants and a popular Theatre/Cinema. Ceredigion Coast has miles of footpaths, spectacular scenery, quaint seaside villages and beautiful beaches to explore.
ACCOMMODATION
Cothi Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: one double with additional dressing area and one with twin beds. With the accommodation on one floor, the cottage may suit guests with restricted mobility

OUTSIDE
Enclosed rear garden with level lawn and patio furniture. Communal grounds include a fenced pond (children must be supervised), BBQ, rotary washing line, large dog exercise area, games room with pool table, table football and Connect 4, plus outdoor table tennis and giant chess. There is also a play tower with swings, slide and sand pit, and a large area for children to play football, please ensure children are supervised. A private golf practice area is available on site (golf balls and clubs not provided). Guests can also meet the two resident donkeys, Stan and Ned, who are a favourite with both children and adults. Parking for 2 cars.
