Bronrhiw is a characterful, cosy cottage situated in the centre of Newport, Pembrokeshire and is decorated in a bright, eclectic and welcoming style. With its traditional log burners, colourful and comfy furnishings, quirky nooks and long, rambling back garden to explore, and two separate seating areas – one for adults and one for the kids, maybe? - Bronrhiw is sure to be a hit with all ages! Perfectly placed for families to access the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, the long, sweeping beaches of Parrog and Newport Sands, and to run wild on Carn Ingli mountain and the rest of the Preseli Hills. Newport is a foodie paradise, with independent shops, pubs and restaurants aplenty. A bus route is within walking distance with regular buses to Fishguard and Cardigan – all of which means that once you’ve parked the car, you’ve no need to get in it again until the day you leave. For those who wish to explore further afield, the nearby coastal hamlets of Cwm Yr Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod are popular, with beaches at Gwbert, Poppit and Ceibwr always ready to impress. Watersports are easily available in the area – whether it’s coasteering, surfing, or kayaking. Golfers are well catered for in the area, with courses at Newport and Cardigan, and equestrians, both new and experienced, are catered for at the local Havard Riding Stables. The locals’ best-kept secret is the Dyffryn Arms, where Landlady Bessie serves beer through a hatch from her living quarters as her family has done since the 1840s.
