Ocean View is a beautifully presented ground-floor cottage apartment in the idyllic village of Little Haven. This is a superb location, just a minutes’ walk from the sandy beach, shops, and places to eat. The elevated cottage apartment boasts incredible views of St Brides Bay and is perfect for a couple’s getaway or a holiday with friends or family. Relax in the shared courtyard, where you can watch the sunset while tucking into a meal cooked on the BBQ. Part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Little Haven is a desirable and charming village that you’re bound to love. With everything on your doorstep, including the magnificent Pembrokeshire Coast Path with its stunning views and incredible wildlife, there is plenty to see and do. The calm waters make it a great place to swim or enjoy watersports, and at low tide, it’s possible to walk to neighbouring Broad Haven along the beach. You’ll find another fantastic beach, a good choice of places to eat, and a shop selling watersports and beach equipment here. Nolton Haven, Newgale, Solva and St Davids are slightly further along the coast, which all provide lovely days out. The famous, colourful harbour town of Tenby is within a 40-minute drive. Ocean View is a brilliant base for a coastal getaway where you can create unforgettable memories. ACCOMMODATION Ocean View sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 double or twin, configured as per customer requirements. Bedroom 1: king-size bed, valley views Bedroom 2: double bed or twin beds on request Bathroom: wide bath with shower over, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail Sitting room: 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 42” Freeview TV and ROKU device providing all the apps, Netflix, etc., log burner, panoramic sea and valley views Kitchen: electric hob and oven, eye-level microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, cordless kettle, Cafetiere. Dining table seats 4. OUTSIDE Substantial front shared courtyard with village, valley and sea views, ideal for watching sunsets. There is a BBQ. Front door is a stable door for children safety and airing. Due to no car park on the premises a courtesy complimentary car parking season ticket is provided.
