Flat 1 Flint House Tenby is a ground floor apartment just a few minutes’ walk from Tenby’s breathtaking beaches and iconic, picturesque harbour. The light and airy apartment provides the perfect retreat after a day of exploring, and this superb location means you’re never far away from anything. Flat 1 Flint House Tenby has a private garden perfect for soaking up the sun, where you can relax on the patio under the parasol as dinner cooks on the BBQ. Tenby’s four spectacular sandy beaches are a few minutes’ walk, and the maze of cobbled streets and colourful homes are great to explore. The narrow streets are filled with an eclectic mix of independent businesses, so there are many exciting places to eat and shop. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is on your doorstep, where you will see fantastic scenery, and Tenby Golf Course is only a 5-minute walk. Try your hand at watersports or take a boat trip to Caldey Island. There is plenty to see and do as Tenby is close to other beautiful towns, villages and beaches. With Saundersfoot, Manorbier, Freshwater West and Pembroke all providing fantastic days out. ACCOMMODATION Flat 1 Flint House Tenby sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: 1 double size, 1 bunk room. Bedroom 1: double bed, TV, Firestick, door to rear garden Bedroom 2: one set of bunk beds Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail Open plan living room including: Sitting /Dining room: 3-seater sofa, armchair, 42” Freeview TV/DVD, table seating 4, original sash window to front Kitchen: ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine OUTSIDE Large private enclosed rear garden with furnished patio, BBQ and level gravel area. Flat 1 Flint House Tenby has a separate gated entrance with a few steps leading down to the front door. Deer Park has double yellow restrictions but the guests generally stop outside to unload/load the car before parking in one of the nearby car-parks. Weekly tickets and pay by app are available.
