UPSTAIRS Bedroom: king-size Ercol bed, views to hills, glimpses of the river Bathroom: good sized bathroom, bath with shower over, WC, hand basin DOWNSTAIRS Sitting room/dining room: 2-seater sofa, armchair, Everhot cast-iron electric stove, TV, wooden dining table and chairs, view to garden and trees behind Kitchen: electric hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine OUTSIDE A small garden to the rear, accessed via side door and passage, with an area of decking for sitting out. Tranquil location with lots of trees and birdsong around. On-street parking directly opposite or a short walk away subject to availability.
