1 Glanmordy is a three-storey cottage in one of the very best locations in the popular seaside village of Aberporth, Ceredigion. Overlooking the two sheltered, sandy beaches and with a fine view of the setting sun, the cottage is great for families looking for a seaside holiday. Light, airy, and modern the cottage has a south-facing patio, catching the sun until sunset. Watch out for dolphins from the patio and the kitchen, lounge, and bedroom windows. From 1 Glanmordy just walk down the steps from the cottage, past the café where you can grab an ice cream, and walk straight onto the beach, no need to cross the road! Village amenities are also within walking distance and include a pub, cafés, village store, post office, and chemist. Ceredigion Coast Path passes directly through Aberporth, providing wonderful walks to sandy beaches, towering cliffs, and rocky headlands. There is an accessible path running along the coast from the village with places to sit and rest and enjoy the views over Cardigan Bay. The village of Tresaith is close by and further along the coast, you will find the long sandy beach at Penbryn and the village of Llangrannog. The market town of Cardigan is 7 miles away and has supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, and shops. The cottage’s central location allows for day trips exploring the rest of Cardigan Bay and Pembrokeshire.
