Yew Tree Cottage Noss Mayo is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
With direct access to the water at high tide, this most interesting waterside Jacobean cottage has been sympathetically extended and lovingly restored to create a unique and charming waterside holiday home with amazing views of the estuary from most of the rooms and sunny decked balcony. Steps from the cottage lead down to the estuary and the cottage's running mooring, so guests can bring their own boats (or boats can be hired locally). The interior is tastefully fitted out with oak and locally sourced timber with a spacious living room and separate snug.
Steps down from the parking area to front entrance porch with space for coats and boots.
Open plan living room with large display windows giving lovely views of the estuary.
Lounge area with two sofas and armchairs, Smart TV, French windows to a small morning terrace.
Step up to Dining area with oak table, benches and chairs to seat 8.
A few steps down to a cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Side door to steps leading down to waterside.
Snug with sofa & armchairs and wood burning stove, TV with Amazon Firestick for Smart TV apps.
Country style kitchen with superb newly installed AGA, oak units, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast table and benches.
American style fridge/freezer, microwave, door to the balcony.
From the lounge, double doors and a feature oak spiral staircase lead up to the first floor.
Spacious dual aspect Master bedroom with King size 5ft bed, hanging rail and tallboy, chaise longue, estuary views.
Ensuite bathroom with roll top bath, rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: with Double 4ft 6in bed, hanging rail, dressing table, estuary views
Bedroom 3; with Twin 3ft single beds, wardrobe, dressing table

Outside: Decked balcony overlooking the water with garden furniture. Small terrace with garden furniture. Outside shower and steep steps down to water's edge and private quay. Running mooring for 1 vessel (max 15ft).*
