More spacious than many cottages in the village, Wy Wyrrie comfortably sleeps six guests. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape or family retreat, this charming cottage invites you to experience the best of both worlds.

Ground Floor

Lounge / Diner with sofas, TV and dining table to seat 6.
Kitchen with electric oven and microwave
Shower room with large shower enclosure, WC, sink and heated towel rail

Stairs to 1st floor and stairs to lower ground floor

First floor

Bedroom 1 with King size bed and TV
Bedroom 2 with two 3' single beds

Lower ground floor

Bedroom 3 with double bed, TV, free standing bath, sink and utility room with WC (also housing washing machine. Please note there is no hot water from the taps in this room)
Patio doors to small courtyard

Outside:

Small rear courtyard with bistro table and two chairs

Small front courtyard also with bistro table and two chairs.

Parking:

There is no designated parking for this property. Parking available in main car park which is approximately 15 minutes' walk (current fee £40 per week) or we have two spaces available on a first come, first served basis approx. 2 minutes' walk (£45 per week) please enquire with the office.

Additional:

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), instant electric heating.
Internet and Telephone: Fast Wi-Fi. There is no landline, but mobile reception is generally good.
Pets: One well behaved dogs welcome. Pet charge £30 per week.
Electric Vehicles: Please note this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.
Short Breaks: Short breaks are available in the low and mid season, with any day arrival.
Local Facilities: Numerous beaches within a short drive. Looe 4 miles, Talland Bay 2 miles, small tidal beach at Polperro 2 minute walk. Pubs and shops within easy walking distance in Polperro, or larger supermarket in Looe or Liskeard (14 miles). Beautiful coastal town of Fowey 8 miles via ferry.
