• Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels (guests will need to bring their own beach/dog towels), water, electricity, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner.
• Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi available free of charge. There is no landline telephone available but mobile reception is generally reasonable, although please check with your provider prior to booking.
• Electric vehicles: Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.
• Local Facilities: The Anchorstone Café (0.5 miles), Ferry Boat Inn (0.5 miles), The Sportsman’s Arms (2.8 mile), Dartmouth Golf and Country Club (4.2 miles) and all the amenities of Dartmouth town (5 miles) including supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, leisure centre and a petrol station.
