A stunning detached house situated in a quiet corner of this prestigious area and offering luxurious accommodation for 12 guests (up to 10 adults and 2 children). Vista Mare is a gorgeous architectural house set behind electric gates and is arranged over four floors. The entire first floor is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a sun terrace to the front and a fantastic outdoor dining area with BBQ to the rear. The space is the perfect place for the family to relax, cook and spend quality time together.
With six well-appointed bathrooms, five of which have ensuites, the whole family will enjoy this light, bright house and it's amazing sea views and wonderful outside areas that it has to offer.
The hightlight of Vista Mare is the large roof top garden on top of the house. Accessed by steps from the rear outside dining area, the garden offers panoramic views of Poole Harbour over to Sandbanks and Brownsea Island. With passing yachts and boats, it is a wonderful addition to the house and a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and a cocktail at the end of the day.
