Tumbly Hill is a collection of 3 sleek townhouses, dog friendly, arranged over three floors to make the most of the views over Kingsbridge estuary, a level two minute stroll into the centre of the town itself, and sleeping 20 people.
Beautifully presented with floor to ceiling windows, flooding the contemporary interiors with light. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances, and a breakfast bar that flows into a spacious dining area. A spacious terrace leads off the kitchen diner and glass balustrades allow the views over the town and estuary to be enjoyed whilst relaxing with a gin and tonic enjoying the variety of people and wildlife watching with the changing tide.
The bedrooms offer a welcome retreat at the end of the day, and all bath and shower rooms are modern and sleek with rainfall showers.
