Swallows is a detached two-bedroom, dog friendly holiday home, nestled in an elevated position on a quiet no through road with plentiful parking overlooking the beautiful scenery of Slapton Sands and Ley in Torcross.

The first floor living area boasts a log burner, dining space and plenty of sofa space to make the most of the delightful vista over the village, and out over the water. The rear deck offers tranquil scenes over fields behind.  The spacious kitchen diner and comfortable bedrooms are located on the ground floor, along with a useful utility room and boiler room, perfect for dogs to dry off after a scenic walk on the South West Coast Path. A truly charming home from home with plenty to offer during for summer beach holidays or winter breaks cosied up by the log burner after a day enjoying the delights of South Devon.

Good pub and cafes on Torcross sea front. Farm shop in Stokenham 0.5 mile. Garage with  food and leisure shop, East Charleton 3 miles. Kingsbridge with all facilities 6 miles. Dartmouth 8 miles.
