St. Brychan is an enchanting ex-musician's house set within the most spectacular gardens, offering a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. This beautifully renovated country house by the sea retains its original character while featuring modern bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious en-suite bedrooms, and a delightful balcony. The property exudes bewitching comfort, making it an ideal retreat for families, writing groups, or garden lovers. The lounge, with its grand piano and library wall of books, invites creativity and relaxation.

St. Brychan's magnificent grounds are located on the edge of the pathway leading to St. Nectan's Kieve, a 60 ft waterfall named after one of King Brychan's 24 children. This site has been a pilgrimage destination since the 6th century, and a delightful wooded walk from the house will lead you to this mystical spot, where a charming café awaits.

The private, sheltered grounds of St. Brychan are a horticultural paradise, featuring rare and beautiful plants. The lawn is perfect for picnics or a game of croquet, while the summer house area, complete with a picnic bench and BBQ stand, offers an inviting space for outdoor dining. Meandering paths guide you through the gardens, including one leading to a high paddock with breathtaking sea views.

Ideally situated just inland from the captivating Rocky Valley, St. Brychan is only 1.5 miles from the historic village of Tintagel, steeped in myths and legends, and equidistant from the picturesque harbor village of Boscastle. The serene Bossiney Cove, with its sandy bay and rocky shoreline, is just over a mile away and can be reached via a glorious walk through woods and farmland. For those seeking further adventure, the surfing beaches of Polzeath, Crackington Haven, and Widemouth Bay are all within a short drive.

St. Brychan is a spellbinding hideaway, offering an exceptional base for exploring the stunning Cornish coast and immersing yourself in the area's rich history and natural beauty.

St Brychan (pronounced St Brecon) a superb property, very romantic and feels like a Rosamond Pilchard novel, where 1930's poets, musicians and authors would have partied. Many local beautiful beaches a short drive away.  Accepts dogs and parking for 3 cars.
