he spacious open plan ground floor living area extends to the outside with a superb private decked area, perfect for summer barbecues and enjoying the stunning sea views and sunsets.  

Accommodation:  
Ground Floor: 

• Entrance: The front patio doors open into the spacious living room with oak flooring. 

• Lounge area with corner sofa, wood burning stove, Smart TV and selection of books and games.   

• Dining Area: Step up from the living room, the dining area has a slate floor and a table seating six. 

• Kitchen: Equipped with a ceramic hob, eye-level oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and washer/dryer. 

• Off the kitchen is the ground floor Shower Room: with corner power shower, basin, and WC. 

First Floor: 

• Master Bedroom: 5ft King sized bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, high beamed ceiling, and a fantastic high window framing the view of Thurlestone Rock. 

• Twin Bedroom: with two 3ft beds, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe. 

• Luxurious Bathroom: with roll-top bath and hand shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC.

Included: bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels) travel cot and high chair 

• Pets: one well behaved dog welcome. Pet charge £30 per dog per week.  

• Parking: Allocated space for one car.  
  Additional parking is available in the National Trust car park beside the beach, a 5/10 minute walk away, free for NT members, pay station for non members. 

• Thurlestone Beach is 500 metres away.  
  Beachhouse Restaurant – at the side of the beach.  
  Hope Cove village with pub, restaurants, and village shop within walking distance (a 20-minute walk along the coast path).  
  Thurlestone village with 4 Star Hotel, superb Village Inn pub, village shop, and golf course are 1.5 miles by foot or 3 miles by car.
