Reeds, a spacious seafront propertyconsisting of Lower Reeds, a ground floor apartment and above it Upper Reeds, a duplex apartment can be booked as complete house sleeping 8. With far reaching views of the sea, the beach and Start Bay, Reeds combines a perfect location with comfortable, stylish accommodation. Summer or winter the views and moods of the sea provide an ever changing backdrop to this premier property located right on the seafront in Torcross. The popular Start Bay Inn serves great seafood, the Seabreeze cafe is a great place to loiter and watch the world go by and there's a village store.  The South West Coastal Path provides walkers with an opportunity to enjoy some breathtaking vistas, the Ley nature reserve, a haven for bird wildlife is just behind the house and for those who like exploring further afield Dartmoor is easily accessible and a trip to Cornwall is a very pleasant day out.

Accommodation: Upper Reeds. Entrance hall with door to Lower Reeds. Stairs to first floor. Living room with sea views, and sofas surrounding a woodburner. TV, Blu Ray DVD, stereo and iPod/MP3 dock. Dining table with seating for 6. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Rear double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed overlooking the Ley with balcony. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Stairs to second floor and master bedroom with 5ft bed and en suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds.
Lower Reeds: Access from parking area to lobby with washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and grill, microwave and fridge freezer. Sitting room with sofa and armchair, TV, BT YouView box, Blu Ray DVD player and stereo with iPod/MP3 dock.  Archway to dining area with table and seating for 4 and panoramic views of the sea. Rear double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed (with an additional put you up bed) and en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

Outside: Front and side terrace overlooking the seafront with two picnic tables.

Parking for three cars, (two off road and plus one in marked bays opposite, for which a ticket is provided; April to September only).
