Only a few steps from the picturesque Polperro harbour, Pol Haven is a delightful whitewashed fisherman's cottage in the centre of this historic Cornish fishing village. Access to picturesque coastal walks, cosy pubs, little restaurants selling an abundance of fresh fish and other local produce, are all within a few minutes' walk. Providing comfortable and convenient accommodation, Pol Haven is arranged on three floors and is spacious, yet maintains an intimate ambience. Open fireplaces and traditional stone walls make this a welcoming place in which to relax after a busy day sampling the many attractions that are accessible in and around this glorious area of South East Cornwall.

Accommodation:

Open plan kitchen/diner with electric cooker/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with ice box, microwave, dining table to seat 6, natural stone open fireplace and windows overlooking the river Pol. Sitting room with open fire, two sofas, armchair, flat screen TV and DVD. Stairs up to first floor. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Stairs up to master double bedroom built in the eaves of the house with 4ft 6in double bed and dressing table.

Outside:

A ladder-style staircase from the bedroom leads to the quirky private roof garden equipped with garden table & chairs, astroturf and rooftop views over the village.

Parking:

In the main car park at the top of the village (charges apply), unloading possible outside. Weekly tickets are available in the main car park or Toad Hall Cottages offers three parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis - please enquire at the time of booking.
