Polgassic Mill is a delightful stone built barn conversion, set in a peaceful rural location, enjoying a wrap around mature enclosed garden through which runs a shallow stream. The front cobbled patio area with seating, has views across farmland to distance hills, with an additional decked terrace to the rear which has a large table and chairs and BBQ to dine al fresco.
This skilfully converted barn is set over 3 levels and has 4 bedrooms reached by quirky uneven stairs.
The top floor is in the eves with large Velux windows so plenty of light, one twin bedroom and one double both spacious rooms,
plus a bathroom. This top floor has ceilings of 6ft high.
Velux windows in twin room and top floor bathroom have child safety locks.
The middle floor/first floor; has a master bedroom with a super king size bed and an en-suite shower room,
The second double bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over.
There is a cloak-room with WC and wash hand basin on the ground floor.
The spacious comfortable living room has a large modern wood burning stove and a super conservatory, entered via the French windows.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you could wish for, including a breakfast bar.
The dining room has seating for 8 plus plus a settle.
Stairs to first floor bedrooms may be challenging to elderly or those with walking dificulties;
A beautiful property to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this rural location, but within easy access to the stunning beach at Lansallos, only 1.2 miles away. The exciting town of Fowey (accessed across the Bodinick ferry), and the charming harbour town of Polperro 2.5 miles, plus the sea side town of Looe 6 miles, a wonderful part of Cornwall.
The garden is dog proof in the main, but there is a 2ft 6in high stone wall that a determined dog would be able to jump over.

Parking for three cars within the property behind the five bar gate.
This gate must be shut at all times, as farm animals frequent the lane daily.
