This beautifully restored 16th-century farmhouse forms the West Wing of Coulscott House and retains many of its original features, including beamed ceilings, thick stone walls, and flagstone floors, all sympathetically combined with luxurious modern comforts. The Old Farmhouse also boasts a ground floor bedroomwith en suite facilities, ideal for less mobile guests.

NB: For larger groups, The Old Farmhouse can be booked alongside the adjoining Georgian House (East Wing) via a cleverly hidden interconnecting door, forming the full Coulscott House. Together, they accommodate up to 17 guests in 8 bedrooms, ideal for extended family gatherings, group holidays or milestone celebrations.

Guests have full access to Coulscott’s 20 acres of grounds — with meadows and streams, woodland trails, over 50 friendly animals, and safe places for children to roam and play. There’s even a 5 acre dog walking meadow at the end of a beautiful grass path, for off lead enjoyment.

Within the grounds is the heated indoor swimming pool with changing rooms, WC and showers, large wooden outdoor children’s play area, games room with table football and table tennis, dedicated under 5’s soft play area. honesty shop, plus a giant fire pit area for all guests to enjoy.
