Mount Stone is a very welcoming, attractive, detached family home situated in the very heart of Thurlestone village, just a short walk from the fabulous village pub and shop.
Set well back from the road and surrounded by attractive enclosed gardens, Mount Stone is perfect for those who wish to be within easy reach of the beach and to be in the hub of the village, yet enjoy the quiet and privacy of this handsome property with its newly renovated, spacious rooms, often awash with sunlight. 

A flight of 22 stone steps leads up from the roadside - it’s well worth it once you reach the top with the beautiful secluded privacy afforded by this peaceful location. Wrap-around, established gardens and a lovely verandah greet guests and welcome you in.

Hallway leads into bright and spacious open plan living area, a beautiful and multi-functional space for enjoying family time.
Lounge area with, comfortable sofas and armchairs often bathed in sunshine, wall-mounted Smart TV, additional seating area with french doors leading to the verandah.
Superb fitted Kitchen with ample storage and central island,  electric hob, eye-level double oven and microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher.  Extends into the dining area with oval table and chairs to seat up to eight.
Ground floor cloakroom with WC and basin.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer,  access to garden. 

Stairs lead from dining area to landing.
Master bedroom with king size bed,  fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, views from dual aspect windows and French doors that open onto the balcony. (Young children must be supervised when on the balcony)
En suite shower room with electric shower, vanity unit and WC.
Bedroom 2 with King size 5ft bed, wash hand basin, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 with two 3ft single beds, dressing table, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 with children's 2ft 6inch wide bunk beds, (suitable for children only)  fitted wardrobe
Family Bathroom with bath and rainfall shower over,  counter top basin, heated towel rail, WC.

• Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), oil central heating.

• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.
