Mapperley Lodge is nestled on a tranquil residential lane in Salcombe, just a leisurely 5–10 minute walk from both the waterside and the town centre. Elevated above the hustle and bustle, this modern, spacious retreat offers sweeping, panoramic views across Salcombe’s picturesque townscape and estuary - from the lounge, balcony, deck, and all four bedrooms. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee on the deck or unwinding with an evening drink, the setting is ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing in the sun.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully equipped to ensure comfort and convenience. A private driveway accommodates three to four cars (a rare and valuable amenity in Salcombe) while being only a stone’s throw from the park-and-ride, making for effortless arrivals and departures.

Built between the late 1960s and mid-1970s and offering approximately 210 sqm (2,260 sq ft) of living space, Mapperley Lodge combines stylish contemporary design with generous proportions.
