Situated right on the seafront, Lower Reeds is a comfortable ground floor apartment ideal for couples wanting to experience the beauty of the South Devon coast, love walking with the dog along coastal paths and enjoy pottering around the shops and markets of nearby Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The living room extends to a fully glazed dining area where it's easy to spend hours relaxing and just watching the sea. The popular Start Bay Inn serves great seafood, the Seabreeze cafe is a great place to loiter and watch the world go by and there's a village store. The Torcross Ley nature reserve, a haven for bird wildlife just behind the apartment and for those who like exploring further afield Dartmoor is easily accessible and a trip to Cornwall is a very pleasant day out.

Accommodation: Rear lobby with washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and grill, microwave and fridge freezer. Sitting room with sofa and armchair, TV, BT YouView box, Blu Ray DVD and stereo with iPod/MP3 dock. Archway to dining area with table and seating for 4 with panoramic views of the sea. Rear double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed (with an additional put you up bed) and en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

Outside: Front terrace overlooking the seafront with picnic table.

Parking for one car off road.
