This imposing seaside retreat is within sight and sound of the sea and located near the centre of the popular village of Hope Cove. The sunny lounge and wide verandah are on the first floor to take advantage of the views and all the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The owners have furnished the property both tastefully and comfortably and guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the rear patio. There is a snug, ideal for youngsters who want to watch TV or play games whilst the adults retire up to the lounge or verandah to relax. The master suite has its own balcony, ideal for that early morning wake you up coffee. There is plenty of parking so guests can bring their own trailer and boat, which can be launched at the nearby slipway and the sandy family beach is just a short walk from the front door.

Hallway. Snug with sofa and TV, DVD and VHS. Downstairs cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Large open plan oak floored kitchen/diner. Modern kitchen with gas hob, electric eye level oven and grill, American style fridge and freezer with drinks cooler, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with table and chairs to seat 8 and patio doors to the rear garden. Accessed from a rear outside door is a wet room with shower and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Two twin bedrooms, both with 3ft single beds, one with an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point, the other with an en-suite shower room with hand basin, WC and shaver point, with the heated towel rail in the bedroom. First Floor. Sunny lounge with two large sofas, occasional chairs, a wall mounted flat screen TV and patio doors that open onto the south facing verandah, furnished with table and chairs.Master suite has a 5ft double bed, patio doors leading to the balcony and an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point. Smaller double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and en-suite shower room with hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point.
Outside:
Large rear patio furnished with garden table and chairs and a gas barbecue. Steps up to the level lawn - please note there is an unfenced drop from the lawn edge to the patio area - children will need to be supervised.
