The property has amazing elevated, far-reaching country side views across the South Hams towards Dartmoor in the distance, with ample outside areas including large balcony, raised decking, and generous garden combining lawn and mature planting. Inside, Lamington offers comfortable accommodation for six, with open plan kitchen/dining/living area, useful separate utility space, three good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. A great base for exploring all that Salcombe and surrounds have to offer.
