 Holm Oak has all the cosy style of a cottage but the mod-cons of a newer property. Sleeping five guests, you will find a large, well equipped kitchen/diner and a spacious social area including comfy sofas and a farmhouse table. There is also a large open fire and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day’s exploring. Upstairs, there is a large master en suite bedroom with a dressing area and shower room. In addition, there further twin and single bedroom sharing a large family bathroom with full size bath and over-bath power shower. Outside, the views stretch down across the lawns and parkland with a private, enclosed garden. 

The five properties at Trenant Park Cottages are set within the most attractive parkland scenery, overlooking Looe Valley. Once a coach house and stables, the cottages have been carefully converted into tasteful, quality retreats, each with its own private garden. Holm Oak Cottage offers a high standard of accommodation, and with its open fire, central heating and characterful beams, this is great year-round choice. The cottages are perfectly located for those searching for complete relaxation, but who also like to be near pubs, restaurants and shops. The nearby town of Looe provides just this, with a bustling fish market, many food establishments focus on offering fresh produce from the sea. For the children, there is also a sandy beach located in the heart of the town.
