Kitchen area: Electric cooker, electric hob, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave & Tassimo coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: 5ft king size bed.
En-suite stand-alone shower, basin, and WC.
Bedroom 2: 2 x 3ft single beds.

Family bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, and WC.

Private balcony, table and chairs.

Parking: 

There is a designated parking space in the carpark marked Number 4.
