Situated in the heart of Polperro in Cornwall and just five yards from the harbour where local fishing boats land their catch, Dene Cottage provides an attractive, comfortable hideaway in which to relax and get away from it all. Recently tastefully and extensively refurbished, the cottage has beamed ceilings, wood burning stoves and has been decorated to show off its deceptively spacious rooms to their best advantage. There is also the benefit of a private sunny courtyard at the back with access to The South West Coastal Path, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding coastline. The popular seaside town of Looe is only a short drive away and the beautiful North and South Cornwall coasts are easily accessible by car.

Accommodation:

Steps up to the front door. Sitting room with twin sofas, ornamental woodburner, TV with BT Freeview, Catchup TV and Netflix.  Open plan kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dining table to seat four and a feature fireplace fitted with a pot-bellied stove (for display only). Stairs up to the first floor. Spacious master double bedroom with feature fireplace (for display only) and 4ft 6in double bed. Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, fitted wardrobe and hand basin. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

Outside: Walled courtyard and decking area with table and cahirs and other garden furniture including a bench. Access via steps and a gate directly onto the cliff path.

Parking:

In the main car park (charges apply). Alternatively, Toad Hall Cottages have some spaces to rent on a first come, first served basis in the village - please enquire at time of booking.
