From the spacious beamed living room to the kitchen with a view, breakfast table and French doors to the deck, Yew Tree cottage provides a comfortable base from which to explore all that this fabulous area has to offer. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to storm damage there is no access to the path which descends down the bank from the property to the foreshore for 2026.

Snug with sofa & armchairs and wood burning stove, TV with Amazon Firestick for Smart TV apps.
Country style kitchen with superb newly installed AGA, oak units, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast table and benches. 
American style fridge/freezer, microwave, door to the balcony.
From the lounge, double doors and a feature oak spiral staircase lead up to the first floor.
Spacious dual aspect Master bedroom with King size 5ft bed, hanging rail and tallboy, chaise longue, estuary views. 
Ensuite bathroom with roll top bath, rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.

• Pets: Up to two well behaved dogs welcome (strictly ground floor only and not on furniture). Pet Charge £30 per pet per week.
  
• Electric Vehicles: Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.

• Local Facilities: Stoke beach 2 miles; sandy beach at Mothecombe 4 miles. Excellent Shops, pubs and restaurants in both Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers, (accessible via footpath across the creek at low tide). Plymouth 9 miles.
