Churchill View, situated in a peaceful area at the top of Salcombe, is a well presented three-bedroom, three-bathroom detached house. The property is within a 10 minute walk to popular North Sands beach and The Winking Prawn, and is either a short drive or 15 minute walk to the town centre. The property has a fantastic open-plan living area on the first floor enjoying stunning country views and every bedroom has the benefit of having an en suite bath or shower room. The elevated deck at the rear catches the evening sun, and is the perfect place to unwind after making the most of all Salcombe has to offer whether it be a day on the beach, some retail therapy, or a rewarding coastal walk.
