The Cottage

The Cottage is a stylish property sat only a few metres away from the waters of Newton Creek, in the picturesque village of Newton Ferrers. A beautiful kitchen has plenty of room to enjoy cooking up delicious meals to enjoy together, the spacious lounge which hosts a log wood burner (great for those winter evenings) gives plenty of comfortable seating to be able to relax and spend time together. The Cottage sleeps up to six people and allows two dogs, making it a perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

Being able to take a short stroll from the front door down to the water to admire the incredible views up and down Newton Creek is just magical. A popular local pub, The Dolphin Inn and also the Yealm Yacht Club are just around the corner from the cottage giving the perfect excuse to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine by the water. Access to the South West Coastal path is close by and opens up miles of coastline and countryside walks to enjoy.

Outside

This property has no private outside space, however there are footpaths to countryside walks close by.

Parking

The is property has no allocated parking although there is curbside parking along Yealm Road just a short walk from the house.
