Well presented throughout, the property blends traditional character with modern comfort, retaining its original cottage charm while offering a welcoming and stylish place to stay. Sherbourne Cottage is located near to the Ferry Inn pub and offers easy access to the town and beaches and has a pathway outside the house leading down to the waters edge. This feature is ideal for the keen paddle boarders or as a pick up point by boat, alternatively the passenger ferry is only a couple of minutes away. The town itself offers a wonderful selection of inviting pubs, excellent restaurants, and boutique shops and galleries, all waiting to welcome you and right on your doorstep.

Please note there is no parking at this property.

There is a long stay car park at the top of Salcombe where you can park for the whole week (charges apply). Alternatively there are short stay car parks closer to the town centre where daily charges apply.

Outside:

South facing paved terrace at the front of the property with a small table and chairs. 

The beautiful public tiered Cliff House Gardens, offering lovely waterside views, are only a very short walk away.
