Revelstoke Park House

Revelstoke Park House is a beautifully remodelled former 17th Century farmhouse, which sits at the head of Revelstoke Park, a small private holiday park. From the house you can meander down through the steep wooded valley to Stoke Beach, allowing beach days to be enjoyed without using the car. This comfortable and modern home, which has a small estate office attached discreetly adjacent, offers spacious and flexible accommodation for large groups or families looking to enjoy the area. The house gives you plenty of space with two separate lounge areas and lovely spacious bedrooms.

A few minutes' drive away, or a country lane stroll are the gorgeous villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers. Both have wonderful pubs and views over the Yealm estuary while Newton Ferrers also has a shop, post office, butchers and incredible Cafe, perfect for a mid-morning coffee and cake stop! 

Pet friendly and located immediately on the South West Coastal Path, this location is a walkers dream. The stunning hills of Dartmoor can be reached in 20 minutes by car, providing fantastic days out and miles of scenic hiking. With local amenities all within a short drive, Revelstoke Park House is a super destination at any time of year.

When booked together with Stoke Cottage, immediately opposite, groups of up to 14 can be accommodated and can dine together in Revelstoke Park House.

Rear garden with terraced levels, fully enclosed with terraces and decks from which to enjoy the quiet surroundings, furnished with garden seating, sun loungers, patio table & chairs.

For 2 cars. Additional parking available in car park opposite.

EV charging is possible at this property via an external mains socket. There is a charge of £40 per car per week.  Guests are required to bring their own charging cables and equipment. 

Accommodation:

Door into an open plan living room. Lounge area with corner sofa, an armchair, wood burner stove, TV, coffee table, lamps and a foot poof. Tucked around the corner the Dining area has table and chairs to seat 14.
Modern kitchen fitted with a Rangemaster range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer dryer and microwave. A tumble dryer is also available.

Reading snug area, double futon and armchair, bookshelves and games. 
Bedroom 1 with 4ft6in Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. En suite wet room with shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. 
Bedroom 2 with 5ft King bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, chair and lamp.
Bedroom 3 with bottom 4ft double bottom bunk bed with single bunk bed above, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.

• Shop: Village shop, butcher & several pubs in Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo.  Plymouth with all facilities 10 miles
