This 400 year old cottage has been restored by the owners with carefully preserved period features and furnished with attractive classic antique pieces, thereby retaining the character and ambience of this pretty cottage. Peacefully situated in a quiet, narrow, little used lane in West Alvington, on the outskirts of Kingsbridge, Cob Cottage has the benefit of a natural, unspoilt one third acre of garden (some of which overlooks adjoining meadowland), complete with a Shepherd's hut.
